RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

  • We shipped the wrong product to you. See paragraph one below.
  • Any or all of your products were damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. See paragraph two below.
  • A warranted item is factory defective. See paragraph three below.

If you have received the wrong items you must call Glass Technology at 800-441-4527 within two business days of the receipt of your package. At that time, a return or exchange of your items will be arranged, you will be give a return authorization number, and you will be given further instructions about the procedure. Please note that NO return authorizations will be issued once the 2-business-day deadline has expired. There will be no exceptions to this policy, so please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANY RETURN RECEIVED WITHOUT A VALID RA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. You must call Glass Technology to obtain an RA number.

We have taken every precaution to ensure your order's safe and timely arrival, but should your items incur damage in transit, you must first contact the delivering carrier within 24 hours of delivery in order to report the damage and arrange for the carrier's inspection. We ship primarily via UPS or Federal Express, and both can easily be reached by phone, fax, or via their respective websites. You must save the original shipping container and packing for the carrier's inspection. Once your claim with the carrier has been verified and they have assumed responsibility for the damage, then call Glass Technology at 800-441-4527 and we will arrange for replacement of your damaged items.

Some of our complete systems are covered by a limited-time warranty against manufacturer defects. Please refer to the user's manual that came with your system for any applicable warranty information and return/repair procedures.

BACKORDER POLICY

Glass Technology does not post backorders. If an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, you will need to reorder the out-of-stock item(s) on a separate order which will be held until the item arrives. In the case of prepaid orders placed over the Internet, we will refund you credit card for any out-of-stock items on your order and notify you via email. You will then need to reorder the out-of-stock item(s).
