This is the same wire that is shown above, but it is 164' (50 meters) long. Wire has always sold well outside the USA where it is still used extensively. In recent years, close fitting glasses that almost touch the pinchweld have caused a lot of technicians in the USA to start using it again. TightWire™ glass cutting wire is composed of three super-strong, stainless steel wires braided to form one wire, and anodized to a smooth finish with a distinctive gold color. Diameter is .022".
