Whether a product needs to be serviced, or you’re facing a challenge in the field, GT Tools® is only a call away. We understand that your tools are key to your business. Customers are notified within 24-48 hours of receiving your tool and every product is normally serviced within 7 business days of delivery confirmation to our GT Tools® Facility.

Taking this a step further, GT Tools® also services specific products that are not manufactured by us! We know that not every tool manufacturer devotes the same time and attention to servicing products and we want to help where we can! If you have a tool that is not manufactured by GT Tools®, but needs to be serviced, please call us and a technical support specialist can assist. If product service is needed, please feel free to contact GT Tools® and we will be happy to take care of you.
