4. International Orders: Shipped via UPS International Economy. Customers are responsible for customs, duty taxes, and brokerage fees.
   

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product was damaged in transit.
3. A warranted item is factory defective.
   

Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Consumables are covered by our consumable warranty. See below for details.

1. Prepare Surface: Thoroughly clean and dry the area around the damaged window to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Unroll and Measure: Unroll the desired length of crash wrap at a perforation point.
3. Apply Film: Press the adhesive side of the film firmly onto the window frame or opening, smoothing outward to eliminate air pockets.
4. Seal Edges: Press along all edges and corners for maximum weather protection.
5. Removal: When ready for permanent glass installation, peel away the film slowly. The special adhesive will leave surfaces residue-free.
   

1. Not intended for use on windshields when driving on public roads. Always check and adhere to local regulations.
2. Do not use near open flames or high heat.
3. Wear gloves during application and removal to avoid cuts or scrapes from broken glass.
4. Store unused roll in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
5. Dispose of used film responsibly.
