As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you are GT Tools’ first point of customer contact and responsible for supporting all of GT Tools’ customers and distributors. You will also be involved with technical support, order entry, customer resolution, reporting, as well as additional daily tasks set forth by management. As a multi-functional role, you will also maintain and support existing accounts and develop new customer groups.
