Returns & Replacements:

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• The wrong product was sent.
• The product was damaged in transit.
• A warranted item is factory defective.
  

Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty 

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Consumables are covered by our consumable warranty. See below for details.

Clean the Damage: Ensure the chip or crack area is free from dirt, moisture, and loose glass.
Apply Resin: Use a professional injector or applicator to dispense the DiamondClear MV resin into the damage.
Cure with UV Light: Expose the resin to a UV curing lamp or direct sunlight until fully hardened.
Polish & Finish: Remove excess resin and polish the surface for a smooth, clear finish.

Use gloves and protective eyewear when handling resin.
Avoid skin and eye contact; wash thoroughly with soap and water if contact occurs.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
