Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product was damaged in transit.
3. A warranted item is factory defective.
4. Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
   

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

1. Get the Vehicle Ready: Clean the windshield's zone.
2. Set Up the Tool: Fix the Lil Buddy™ PRO1 on the driver's side, following the guide.
3. Affix the Cups: Place the suction cups onto the glass.
4. Position the Glass: Use the sliding rod and the measuring system to put the windshield in line.
5. Set into Position: Slowly move the windshield into the urethane bead.
6. Finish the Work: Take the tool off and seal or mold as needed.
7. Always refer to the included instruction manual for detailed directions and best practices.
   

Safety Information

1. Always put on safety glasses and gloves when installing.
2. Make sure the tool is correctly attached before raising the glass.
