DO NOT wash the SuperPump with running
water. The components are designed to withstand
intermittent rain showers, but not complete
submersion. Use a damp rag or shop towel with
alcohol or minimal water to clean the outside surfaces
of the pump.
1. Remove the existing manual pump from your manual suction cup handle. Slide the SuperPump into the manual
suction cup handle. When the display is off, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn on the
SuperPump. When the display is on, press and hold the power button for about 0.5 seconds to turn on the SuperPump.
2. Once you place the suction cup on the surface, turn on the pump and activate Vacuum, the SuperPump automatically
starts suctioning until it reaches full vacuum and then the pump turns off, holding the vacuum value. At this time, the
suction cup is fully seated on the surface of the workpiece and can be used to lift the object for operation.
3. The SuperPump is constantly monitoring the Vacuum value when it is seated on the surface of the object you are
lifting and if the system detects a leak in vacuum and the vacuum value drops below 13.5 inHg, the pump will turn
back on automatically and until it has reached full vacuum again
