Returns & Replacements

1. All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

1. Remove any plastic covers on the wiper arm spindle and loosen the securing nut, leaving it flush with the spindle threads to prevent the tool from slipping.
2. Select the appropriate wiper arm puller for your vehicle using the included guide.
3. Fit the puller under the wiper arm and tighten the thumb screw or attach the slide hammer, depending on the puller type.
4. Apply firm, even pressure or use the slide hammer to jar the wiper arm loose. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.
5. Once the arm is free, remove the tool and then the wiper arm from the spindle.
   

Always wear safety glasses and gloves when using the windshield wiper removal tool to protect against accidental slips or debris. Ensure the vehicle is turned off and the wiper system is disengaged before starting. Use only the correct puller for your vehicle type to prevent damage to the wiper arm or linkage. Avoid excessive force; if the arm does not release easily, double-check the tool setup and reposition as needed. Keep the kit out of reach of children.
