- Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment not including weekends and based on the UPS delivery service requested.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.
- All orders placed within the United States of America will ship by UPS services allotted on gtglass.com.
- All orders shipping to international addresses will ship via UPS International Economy. All international orders outside the United States of America are subject to customs, duty taxes, and brokerage fees if applicable.
- Returns: All Sales are Final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if: 1) The wrong product was sent. 2) Any or all of your products were damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. or 3) A warrantied item is factory defective. See Terms of Service Link below for more details.
- Warranty: Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

The video states the process takes about 10 minutes. Is this time frame for the automated process, or start to finish (including drilling, pit filling, scraping, etc.)?
The process for the Wizard to complete it's part of the whole process is about 10 minutes for relatively simple repairs. The time required can vary due to the conditions of the repair, but the average is roughly the 10 minute timeframe for the Wizard to complete it's automatic cycles of vacuum and pressure. The Wizard also has a "Full" function selection which is about 15 minutes in length for more complex repairs. The time required to complete the whole repair process start to finish is a bit longer, depending on what needs to be done to the damage in the glass

Hi Frank, Pre-order for the next production run of Wizard systems will be live either this evening 6/23 or tomorrow morning 6/24. This next batch will be ready to ship the 1st or 2nd week of July. All wizard components will be able to be ordered separately once this is live and we will have a machine only option as well as an injector bridge assembly option. Stay tuned.

Online training and familiarization with our tools and repair techniques are available to you at all times via our YouTube channel and also via phone support. Because we strive to provide the best product and service we can, we maintain an effort to maximize the quality of our “live session” trainings. GT Tools’ live training session focus is on customers once they have purchased products from us and are tool and technique specific as opposed to general industry training. During these sessions, we do an in-depth review of exactly how the tool is used, best practices, tips and tricks, and walk you through the operation of the tool in a real-world environment. Training is included at no cost with the purchase of any tool you buy from us. Once you’ve purchased the tool, system or kit you’re interested in, we recommend a couple things before scheduling a training session. First, watch all training videos related to the tool you’ve purchased and read through the tool operation manual. These can both be found by heading to gtglass.com, typing in the part number of the tool you purchased in the search bar and then once you’re on the product page, scrolling down to the “Videos” and “Docs” section (see attached image). Once you’ve read and viewed these, we recommend practicing as much as you can with the tool you purchased. This is very important as you will come into the training session with specific questions and comments and will get MUCH more out of our training. Once both of these items are complete, reach back out to us and we will find a date and time that works for both you/your team and our 1-on-1 training team. Typically training sessions are scheduled out 2-3 weeks with our team and will be a 1-on-1 Zoom or Go-To-Meeting session.
