Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
The wrong product was sent.
The product was damaged in transit.
A warranted item is factory defective.
Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty
Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
- Preparation: Thoroughly clean the glass surface to remove all dirt and contaminants.
- Application: Shake the bottle well. Apply a small amount of the liquid polish to a felt or foam polishing pad.
- Polishing: Using a rotary polisher or drill (or by hand), work the polish into the affected area with moderate, consistent pressure. Keep the pad and glass surface moist to avoid overheating.
- Buffing: Continue polishing until the hazing or marks are removed and the glass achieves the desired clarity.
- Finishing: Wipe off any residue with a clean, damp cloth and inspect the glass. Repeat if necessary for optimal results
- Wear protective gloves and safety glasses when handling and applying the polish.
- Avoid direct contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water.
- Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhaling vapors or spray.
- Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from children.
- Dispose of contents and containers in accordance with local regulations.
