• Warranty: Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Always wear appropriate eye and hand protection during operation. Disconnect battery before blade changes. Use caution near interior trim, dash surfaces, and electrical components.

Step 1: Install your preferred sheath blade into the twist-style keyless clamp.

Step 2: Connect a DEWALT® 20V MAX or FLEXVOLT® battery.

Step 3: Apply lubricant to the inside edge of the glass.

Step 4: Use the variable trigger to control your initial plunge cut.

Step 5: Increase speed as needed to move through the urethane bead.

Step 6: Maintain steady blade contact and allow the stroke to do the work.

Step 7: Release trigger and remove battery when finished.
