The diablo come with battery and blade ?

I am considering purchasing the Diablo cut out tool, but I have never used it, so what if I just don't like how it works? What is your return policy?
Hey , in terms of returns, we can take the tool back if it is unused. Slightly used tools can typically be returned on a case by sace basis with a 20-70% restocking fee (depending on the wear on the tool). The Diablo has a 1-year warranty form the date of purchase and we would be happy to fix your tool if you have any issues. What is the difference between this tool and the milwaukee hackzall that it is based off of?
Hi , great question. With both the Dewalt-based and Milwaukee-based reciprocating tools, we completely re-engineer the internal components of the tools in-house, modifying the stroke length for urethane removal. In addition, we change the way that blades attach to the tools so that industry-standard auto glass removal sheath blades can be utilized. This is done with custom-designed, aircraft-grade sheath clamping mechanisms and blade sheaths. On the Milwaukee tools specifically (the Diablo™) we add our SDS Technology (Smooth Drive System) to the reciprocating mechanism, dampening the impact/vibration made by the reciprocating motion, to put less stress on the technician. What is the stroke length and speed of the Diablo ?
Hey , Thanks for reaching out. The stroke length on the Diablo (and the stroke length of all of our reciprocating power tools) is slightly less than 0.5". We've engineered it to be the ideal stroke for urethane removal without body damage. The speed of the Diablo is roughly 3,000 Strokes per minute at the top end, with a variable speed trigger. Question about the Diablo SDS Auto Glass Cut Out Blade - 3 x 14 Inch (Actual Blade length is 10") What do you mean by actual blade length is 10 aint it supose to be 14? Is it longer then the 3×12 that comes with the tool?
Hi , Thanks for reaching out to us. The shape of the blade portion of the Diablo 3x14 blade is identical to our standard auto glass 3x14 blades, however, because the Diablo shaft sticks out further from the tool than our other reciprocating tools, we shortened the blade shank by 4" to keep a proper balance on the tool. So the actual blade length of the Diablo 3x14 is 10", and the actual blade length of the 3x12 Diablo blade that came with your tool is 8", but when in use they both function as if they were 4" longer.
