Charging:
Charge your lamp for 2-3 hours before 1st use.
Only use the included DarkCure charger, other chargers will not work with this tool.
A full charge should last roughly 300 curing cycles. When the indicator lamp on the side of the tool turns orange, please charge your tool.
Tool Use:
Always wear UV eye protection when using the DarkCure lamp
To activate the lamp, place over your filled, but not cured rock chip. Move the rocker switch from "Safe" to "Armed", then press the white "Press to Cure" button. The lamp will run for 35 seconds and then automatically shut off. This should be enough to cure most windshield repair resins. There is no harm in performing multiple cure cycles. When your repair is complete, move the rocker switch from "Armed" back to "Safe" before storing your lamp.

- Warranty: Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Charge the device using the included Darkcure 14.8V USB wall charger until fully powered.

Prepare the damaged windshield area and apply UV resin as required.

Position the DarkCure™ LED light directly over the repair spot.

Activate the curing system to emit focused UV light at the correct wavelength.

Allow the resin to cure fully under the UV light for the recommended time.

Power off the device and store it in a safe, dry place after use.

Avoid direct eye exposure to the UV LED light during usage.

Do not operate the device near flammable materials or vapors.

Use only the supplied charger to prevent damage or malfunction.

Keep the curing unit away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.

Disconnect the device from power when cleaning or not in use.

Allow the device to cool down before storing it after extended use.

Keep out of reach of children and unauthorized personnel.
