he alignment machine runs off Autel's best-in-class MS Ultra diagnostic scanner, giving you bidirectional controls, flashing, and programming built in. It turns a standalone aligner into a true diagnostic-driven workflow.
Continuously updated OE alignment specs
The system ships with 2025 vehicle coverage and adds new diagnostic content daily, so specs stay current without hardware upgrades. Missing something? You can add your own service info directly into the tool.
Integrated vehicle & tire inspection (DVI/TPMS)
Built-in digital vehicle inspection lets you evaluate tires, tread depth, and TPMS pressure alongside the alignment. Routine TPMS resets become an opportunity to surface more billable services.
One connector, one continuous workflow
You stay plugged into the diagnostic connector from start to finish, so critical steps like steering angle relearns never get skipped. Every electronic issue on the car surfaces in one seamless process.
Dynamic calibrations right out of the box
The IA900 performs dynamic ADAS calibrations with no extra hardware needed, something most aligners can't do at all. When you're ready to scale, static calibration targets and mats can be added for Asian and European vehicles.
Scalable, revenue-generating platform
Whether replacing an old aligner or adding alignment services for the first time, the system starts generating new diagnostic revenue immediately. It's built to scale with your shop as you add more calibration capability over time.
Technical Details
1. Performs four-wheel alignment and ADAS component calibration with the MaxiSYS IA900WA frame.
2. Includes LDW targets and boards for Lane Departure Warning and ADAS camera calibrations.
3. Features a ULTRAADAS tablet with preloaded Alignment and ADAS software, including illustrated instructions, live readings, required tools, and adjustment locations.
4. Supports alignment coverage for U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 and newer.
5. Uses six high-resolution positioning and tracking cameras to automatically monitor vehicle height on the shop lift.
6. Robotic frame movement provides efficient operation and precise positioning for accurate alignment readings up to 0.02°.
7. Includes four wheel clamps with camera targets, a steering wheel lock, and wheel chocks.
8. Features an included 24-inch touchscreen display for convenient viewing of alignment and ADAS information.
9. Backed by a one-year limited warranty.
