- Warranty: Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
- Assemble the X-431 ADAS Calibration Frame and secure it on a level surface.
- Mount the included wheel clamps to the front wheels of the vehicle to align the frame.
- Use the onboard leveling and measurement tools to square the frame with the vehicle's front axle.
- Choose the correct LDW target or radar reflector for the vehicle make and model.
- Align the selected calibration panel with OEM specifications using the vertical and horizontal adjustments.
- Connect the Launch diagnostic tablet and follow system prompts for mobile ADAS calibration initiation.
- Complete all calibration steps and verify the process through OEM scan tool feedback or on-screen confirmations.
- Always wear safety glasses while working with reflective radar equipment.
- Ensure the vehicle’s electronic systems are powered and stable before beginning calibration.
- Avoid performing calibration outdoors during high wind, heavy rain, or uneven surface conditions.
- Disconnect all electrical connections before disassembling or repositioning calibration tools.
- Handle LDW targets and radar reflectors with care—scratches or bends may affect calibration accuracy.
- Never attempt calibration without access to OEM specifications or procedures.
