Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product was damaged in transit.
3. A warranted item is factory defective.
   

Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

1. Select Width: Pick the appropriate blade width based on your pinchweld or seam to be cleaned.
2. Install Blade: Carefully fit the razor scraper blade into your RazorScraper™ tool, following tool instructions for secure placement.
3. Prep The Area: Ensure the work area is clean. Wear protective gloves and eyewear.
4. Scrape: Gently apply the scraper with blade against the urethane bead or residue and push or pull along the pinchweld for clean removal. Use even, controlled strokes, let the sharpness do the work.
5. Replace Blade As Needed: For best results, replace the urethane blades when they become dull.
   

1. Always wear cut-resistant gloves and safety glasses when installing or using scraper blades.
2. Handle all blades with caution; blades are extremely sharp and can cause injury.
3. Store unused blades in original packaging, away from children and pets.
4. Dispose of used blades responsibly in an approved sharps container.
5. Do not use damaged or bent blades.
