Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product was damaged in transit.
- A warranted item is factory defective.
- Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty
Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
- Insert Battery: Slide the Milwaukee battery M18 into any compatible M18 tool until it clicks into place.
- Check Fuel Gauge: Press the onboard button to view remaining charge.
- Charging: Use a genuine Milwaukee M18 charger; insert the battery until the indicator shows charging status.
- Remove After Use: Press the release button and slide out the battery for storage or recharging.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures for optimal battery life.
- Use only with Milwaukee M18 tools and chargers.
- Do not expose to water or extreme heat.
- Avoid using damaged batteries.
- Store away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
- Refer to the product manual for additional safety guidelines.
