Returns & Replacements:

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product was damaged in transit.
3. A warranted item is factory defective.
   Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
   

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

1. Prepare the area – Clean the windshield and make sure the surrounding space is free of obstructions.
2. Secure the glass – Attach the Super Grip Suction Cups to the windshield for stability.
3. Loosen the seal – Use the Auto Glass Molding Release Tool to gently break the windshield’s seal.
4. Cut the adhesive – The Diablo™ 18V LI Cut Out Tool helps slice through tough adhesive quickly and smoothly.
5. Lift out the windshield – Carefully remove the windshield using the Auto Glass Rope-In Tool and Wire Handle.
6. Clean the surface – Use the Pinchweld Scraper Razor Tool to clear any leftover adhesive.
7. Apply new adhesive – The Milwaukee 18V LI Caulking Gun ensures precise application of fresh adhesive.
8. Install the new windshield – Position the new windshield, press it into place, and let the adhesive cure properly.

2. Secure Work Area – Stabilize the vehicle and clear the space.
3. Handle Glass Carefully – Use suction cups to prevent drops.

6. Avoid Excessive Force – Prevent damage by working steadily.
7. Ensure Ventilation – Avoid inhaling adhesive fumes.

10. Follow Manufacturer Guidelines – Adhere to GT Tools® instructions for safe use
